William George Brennan, known as Bill, passed away with family by his side on Friday June 12, 2020 at 6:27 am. He was just two weeks away from his 93rd birthday on June 27th.

Born in Southampton, England, Bill was pre-deceased by his brother, Ron, on March 21, 2020, and his sister Laura.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Violet Edith Brennan (nee Lacey); daughter, Marilyn and son in law, Rob Bakewell; grandchildren, Amy K. Jones (Kevin), Ian D. Fripp (Alexis Forsyth), and Paul A. Fripp (Susan Watkinson); and great-grandchildren, Liam, Gareth, Callum, Hayden, and Charlie.

Everyone that knew Bill loved him for his friendship, kind nature and sense of humour - he was the King of Puns and there is less laughter in the world without him.
