1959 - 2024

Rick passed away August 9th, 2024 at the age of 65, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Rick. He was a kind, caring, and great friend to those who knew him and the time he enjoyed the most was spending it with friends with a bottle of Bud in his hand, playing a round of golf, a game of cards, or an evening of stories, laughs and music. His cheerful personality was contagious to everyone he met, and he will be sorely missed.

Rick is survived by his two children, Brandon and Danielle, his three grandchildren Keira, Matthew, and Nicholas, his parents Glen and Liz, his brothers Bill, Brian, and sister Sharon, along with many loving friends. Rick was predeceased by his sisters Deborah and Linda who he cherished deeply.

A celebration of life will be held at the Rose and Crown Pub, 1203 – 56 Street Tsawwassen on Sunday August 18th at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion. The family would like to thank all the wonderful staff members at the Delta Hospital and Irene Thomas Hospice for their loving and compassionate care for Rick and his family during this very difficult time.
