On a sunny Tuesday, April 25th, 2023, Lorraine Faith Simard; our caring mom, grandma, and loving friend; passed away peacefully at the age of 77.

Born in Edmonton, Alberta in 1945, she was raised in Courtenay, BC and then lived in Vancouver, BC for most of her life.

Lorraine is survived by her son, daughter, and four grandchildren.

No words can describe the loss and absence she leaves in our hearts. Her warmth easily filled any space she was in. She was the foundation and canvas for our lives. She will always live vibrantly in our minds and hearts with her wet n' wild red lipstick, her painted nails and her sassy personality. Our memories with her will always be cherished and she is now a part of each and every one of us. Her family was her everything, and she will always be ours.
