Swanson, Helen passed away peacefully January 9th, 2023 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband, Bob and daughter, Barbara; sisters, Mabel, Vera, Bernice, Dorothy and brothers, Arthur, and Jack. Survived by her children: Rick(Jeannie) Gord (Marie), Cindy (Mark); grandchildren: Niles, Sean (Crystal,) Crysalis, Jules (Mario) Michelle, Lucas (Jessica) Taylor (Brie) Kalei, Lauren (Chris) and great grandchildren: Liam, Gannon, Deklen, Jack, Adelina, Henry, Charles, Theodore, Audrey, Edith, Cedar and Eleanor and many nieces and nephews. 

Mom loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching the BC Lions, and the Vancouver Canucks, playing cards & was very  skilled at bridge and cribbage, she rarely lost. 

Mom had a green thumb and loved her flower garden, loved birds & animals, golfing and camping and then in later years, the casino. Mom was an artist at heart. She painted beautiful landscapes, played the guitar and had a lovely singing voice. 

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
