PENTECOST – Hazel Rene. Haze was born in London England on September 25, 1930 and passed away on January 20, 2022 in Maple Ridge BC. Predeceased by her husband of 46 years Richard Pentecost in 2004. Survived by their children Joanne (Berrie), Rick, Susan (Farrell) 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Hazel came from England to Montreal in 1955 and soon after she would meet Richard. They were married in 1958 and began their family. They would eventually move out to British Columbia and settle in Victoria and then move to Coquitlam where they lived for 32 years.

Hazel was blessed to have lived with her daughter Joanne who cared for her for the last 5 years of her life.

If you knew Hazel, you knew that she loved her birds, gardening and sewing, and if the weather permitted, she would be in her garden from morning to night, but her real love was her family, which she will live on through forever.

There will be no service by request, but a celebration of her most wonderful life will be held on April 9th, 2022 from 12pm – 4pm at 11829 Blakely Road, Pitt Meadows, BC.
