Greg was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a deeply cherished grandfather – Family was always at the very center of his world.
He showed his love not just with grand gestures, but with the steady ways he gave of himself: fixing what was broken, lending a hand without hesitation, or simply showing up when you needed him the most.
He would do anything for anyone, and he did it with kindness, never expecting anything in return.
The water was his second home. Whether it was boating, tinkering on the docks, or gathering with friends by the shore.
Greg built lasting bonds and some of his happiest memories were there.
Many of his strongest friendships were forged with the hum of a motor, the slap of waves, and the kind of easy laughter that comes from being exactly where you belong.
His quick wit always put a smile on our faces.
Greg leaves behind a legacy not only in his family, but in the countless people whose lives were brightened by his generosity, humour, and the bigness of his heart.
To know him was to be reminded of how good people can be – and how joy, kindness, and a little bit of mischief can make the world a better place.
Greg will be deeply missed by Michael, Amber and Kayti and the rest of his extended family. He was unique, one of a kind.
There will never be another like him. Our 30 years was not long enough. I wanted 20 more. I will be by your side forever Greg - Forever and thereafter. Keep your arms open Babe. I can’t wait to feel your hugs again.
Love Wendy

Greg was my husband's cousin. He was a big part of my daughter's life as her Uncle Greg. I cannot think of Greg without a smile coming to my face. He had a wonderful, twisted sense of humor that I loved. I will miss him immensely. My condolences to Wendy and Michael and family.

Larry and I have years of happy and wonderful memories of boating with Greg and Wendy. Lots of great times at Point Roberts. My kids and especially my parents when they came to enjoy the feast of crab that Greg readily supplied. The ocean air, great food, lots of laughs, fun and joking. Greg and Wendy helped us build our cabin in Lund. Wonderful help and company. We even got some fishing in. Our dog Ebony enjoyed the company as well. Roche Harbor was another spot we went with them on numerous occasions to enjoy fun and festivities. Greg was always happy and more than willing to lend a helping hand. No strings attached, just simple and kind friendship. A beautiful quality. A positive person who always saw the good in people. I always found he faced life calmly and with a positive, happy attitude and a lot of humour mixed in. Greg will be greatly missed by Larry and myself.
