Boyer – Gerald (Gerry) Albert

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerry on November 2, 2022 at McKinney Creek Hospice after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Gerry was born in Barrie, Ontario and came to BC when he was a young man.

Gerry was a long time resident of Maple Ridge, driving for Alouette Taxi for many years.

Gerry was many things in his life. In his youth a hippy, as a young man, a cowboy.

Gerry was an amazing singer, and always a family man and loved his family with all his heart.

Gerry is survived by his wife Lyn, his step sons Colin & Andrew. His daughter Tamara (Travis), his granddaughter Ella and grandson Holden, brother Bob (Michelle), sister Lauralie, and sister Cindy.

Gerry will be greatly missed by all his friends and extended family.
