We mourn the passing of Edward Daniel Desrosiers, 49, on July 31, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Ed grew up in Deep Cove where he attended Burrardview and Seycove schools. He resided in North Vancouver all of his life.
Ed is lovingly remembered by his beloved daughter Halle, of whom he was very proud, and her mom Lisa, a loving and supportive friend. He also leaves his parents Al and Audrey, sisters Darlene (Pierre) and Laura, and her son Antonio. His extended family of relatives from coast to coast also mourn his loss.
Ed enjoyed outdoor activities like camping, boating & fishing, and was also an avid sports fan including soccer, hockey, football and car racing. He shared these interests with a wide circle of close friends who are also mourning his loss.
Ed has been reunited with his faithful companion of many years, Teal, and together they now watch over us. Rest in peace and God bless.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 23 from 1-3pm in the Community Room at Lynn Valley Village Community Complex.

I had the pleasure of working with Ed on a handful of occasions. Ed was always smiling and doing everything he could to make others lives easier.When I needed a favour Ed gave up a long weekend and made arrangements to help out my family. I am deeply saddened by Ed’s passing. I am very sorry for the families loss. I am also sad for the loss of what the construction community has lost. Ed was a true professional in time when that is not easy to find. God bless him . And God rest his soul.
