Dean lived his entire life in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, BC. He died at home from lung disease. Dean worked for a pulp and paper mill, then various jobs including volunteering with the SHARE Thrift Store in Port Moody for several years. Dean loved animals, especially dogs, and his three nephews, Colton, Nicholas, and Hayden. He is survived by them and his sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Mark.

I regret not seeing Dean too much, in the last year of his life. Prior to that, Dean and I, would see each other often.
He was the first to always ask if he could lend a hand. Wherever we went, he always ran into someone he knew, and if he didn’t, he would always go out of his way to make conversation, with a complete stranger. Friendly, outgoing, helpful, are just a few things that come to mind, when I think of Dean.
Still can’t believe you’re gone😢
