For Blake,
Our hearts are broken with the loss of you, far sooner than we ever could have imagined. You came into this world prematurely and left the same way. Blake, you will be remembered as a sweet, thoughtful loving soul with one of the biggest hearts around.
All the time you spent skiing the park at Silver Star, and racing for the win at the BMX track. Remember those never-ending rounds of golf at Spall with Thomas, road hockey in the sac standing between the pipes making all the epic saves. Shoveling the neighbors driveways just because you loved doing it. Endless summers on Osoyoos Lake at Grama’s. Turns out those were the best times of your life.
These last ten years have been tough. You fell into the dark depths of addiction and as hard as you tried the climb out, it seemed impossible. You are now at peace, those demons put to rest.
We love you, we miss you, we are so incredibly sad. We will hurt forever and that’s the price we’ll pay for loving you. You were worth it.
Rest easy now Blake, with all of our love, Mom, Dad, Kait, Thomas, Liz & Jack.
The Family will have a private celebration of Blake’s life. If you wish to do so, donations can be made in Blake’s memory to The Salvation Army House of Hope.

Blake was a gentle soul with a grin that could melt your heart.
He was sweet & kind & a light in our lives.
We will remember the hugs, the love, the fun....memories too beautiful to forget.

Dear Blake,
I hope you are at peace, I have not seen or heard from you in some time but some of my fondest memories from growing up in Vernon were made with you.
I miss our days skiing on the freestyle team, biking around on east hill, hanging out at Kal Beach.
You were a big part of my life & I will always cherish your generosity and friendship.
