Victor William Jones, an avid sports fan and athlete, was suddenly called up to the big leagues on March 5, 2019. Over 87 wonderful years he developed an impressive roster with his best friend, wife and manager, Yvonne by his side: 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, who are still in training, make up the all-star Jones roster.
We, your family, will always be on your team and are your biggest fans!
We know you’re standing tall, proud of what you left behind.
You are so loved, we miss you and you will always be in our thoughts!

Please join us in a celebration of his life on Saturday, April 6th 4:30pm at Bonsor Recreation Complex – 6550 Bonsor Ave., Burnaby BC. Feel free to wear your Blue Jays or Canucks attire in honour of his favourite teams.

Vic was a big player at Bonsor with his volunteerism and his cheerful willingness to do any job asked of him. A long time Board member, he also attended the seniors gym time for many years. I will always remember his pedaling away on the corner bicycle where he greeted everyone passing by with a huge smile and greeting. He was a favourite of all and is deeply missed.
