It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Tom Paine.
Tom passed peacefully on July 23, 2023 in his room at the Ridge Meadows Baillie House, with family by his side.
Tom is survived by his wife Fay, daughter Ashley (Stuart), grandchildren Thomas and Alexys, sisters, Judy, Cathy (Wayne), Janice (Bob), Debbie (Scott), Laurie, Tami (Doug) and Sandy, his in-laws, Ian, Karen (Leo), Judy (Phil), Lorraine (Norman), Kim (Csuba) and Rhonda (Brian), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Tom was predeceased by his Dad, Douglas, his Mom, Johan, sister Lois and brother Donnie.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm on September 30, 2023 at the Maple Ridge Legion Hall.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC.

My condolences to all of Tom's family he was a wonderful family man I miss seeing him on his porch having a break. Sorry I didn't come to his service I've had way to much grieving lately I just can't do COL anymore. My thoughts were with you that day.
