Hilario Chavarria passed away peacefully in the early hours of April 11th at the Berkeley Care Centre, where he will be remembered as "Señor". We extend our gratitude to the staff at the care centre for the great care they provided him during his stay.

He was a motorcycle fanatic, member of the BMW motorcycle club, who travelled from Mexico to Alaska three times: twice on his beloved BMW and once on a Honda Gold Wing! Some argued he loved his motorcycles more than he loved his children, but we’re sure he loved us more.

He was the envy of many as he was able to eat without reservation and never gain a pound, and he sure loved all-you-can-eat buffets. He leaves good memories with everyone that knew him.

He is survived by his wife and 4 children.
