Dianne McLeod
January 30, 1942 – July 25, 2022
It is with broken and heavy hearts that the family of Dianne have to announce her passing. Dianne was a beloved wife to Ken. She was dearly loved by her daughters Kristeen (Richard) and Connie (Shawn); her grandchildren Travis (Selena), Kristel (Dallas), Sarah (Neema), Michael and Tristan; and great-grandchildren Parker and Leon. She wanted to meet her eldest grandchild’s soon to be born baby boy, but sadly it was not to be.
Dianne was a hard worker in a clothing factory and also in the meat departments of Safeway and Superstore. She enjoyed various hobbies such as sewing, needlework and reading. She was also devoted to watching Coronation Street. Dianne had many friends and acquaintances in Winnipeg and British Columbia. She thoroughly enjoyed meeting and speaking with people. She enjoyed going out in the RV where she would make friends from all over the world. She enjoyed speaking with her sisters Lynne, Lex and brother Murray (deceased). She spoke often of the fond memories she had of her much-loved grandparents May and Arthur.
Dianne was a proud woman with strong convictions. Dianne will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Let this be a reminder,
That Diane is missing to-day,
Someone our hearts still hold on to,
As we travel along life's way.

I loved coming out to see you in Maple Ridge Auntie Dianne. You burst into tears and hugged me like you never wanted to let me go. I loved that hug so much. I feel blessed that we got to share some time together. That picture you took of me and Uncle Kenny is in a frame. I'll never forget the kindness and unconditional love you always gave me. I love you and will forever miss you.

Dianne will always be dearly missed by family and friends. She and Ken were true soul mates. When I first met Dianne, it was 2 years ago. I immediately liked her. I felt strong energy from her and so much warmth. May she dance with the angels surrounded by her loved ones and close friends.

Auntie Diane where should I start. Diane and I go way back. From going Weight Watchers together to going shopping and she sat with me through the whole 3 hour Titanic movie. Which I discovered she hated. Diane was one of the smartest persons I knew. She did have a a constant sorry that she wanted to be with her daughter and her grandchildren in Vancouver. She adored her grandchildren. She was extremely proud of her daughter Kristeen and I heard never ending stories of courses that Kristeen was in. Diane always had a craft on the go and was always reading books Her Christmas baking always was a hit with me. We always were at each other’s houses🦋🦋🦋🌹will
Miss you Diane. Heaven gained an Angel
