Barb Yvonne White
October 2, 1959-May 11, 2022
With great sadness we mourn the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Barb was endearing and feisty to the end, as she battled a cruel disease.
Barb is survived by her loving parents Ted and Cathy McKee, her sister Christine McKee, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins and her precious cat Skylar.
Heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of Barb’s caregivers at Ridge Meadows Hospital, the BC Cancer Clinic in Abbotsford, and especially to Jill and Cathy for their longtime care for her.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Barb for many years. She was a wonderful person who always had a smile on her face. She always saw the best in every situation. She was a joy to be around and her sunshiny personality will be missed not only by me but by so many. I have so many special memories of Barb that I will never forget. Barbs last words to me were I love you. Something I'll treasure forever.

I’ve known Barb for several years and in that time got to know her feisty spirit, her love for her animals, and her thoughtfulness. She was proud and very independent but genuinely appreciated the little things she would occasionally allow someone to do for her. I still have all the Christmas cards she gave me, and the artwork she made for me still hangs on my office walls.
I got to know her wonderful family recently, and want to send my sincere condolences to Ted, Cathy and Christine.
I will truly miss Barb too and will never forget her.
